Valerie Bertinelli
Valerie Anne Bertinelli (born April 23, 1960)[2] is an American actress. As a teenager her fame was boosted by Barbara Cooper Royer, a character on the television series One Day at a Time. Her performance earned her the show two Golden Globe Awards in this performance for Best Actress in a TV Film, Miniseries and Series. She subsequently earned adult stardom for her role as Gloria on the religious drama Touched by an Angel (2001-2003) as well as Melanie Moretti on the sitcom Hot in Cleveland (2010-2015) and the latter resulted in an Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. In 2012 she received her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Bertinelli hosts a number of programs on Food Network, such as Valerie's Home Cooking (2015-2023) and Kids Baking Championship (2015-present), winning the show two Daytime Emmy Awards for the earlier show, out of six nominations. In December 2021, Bertinelli was signed to a deal with Food Network.Bertinelli was married to music producer Eddie Van Halen from 1981 up to 2007. With whom she has a son named Wolfgang. Tom Vitale was her husband from 2011 until 2020.
